Common Wealth Development
Mission:
Common Wealth Development's goal is to create opportunities for youth to develop and apply employment and financial skills that will help them now and far into the future. Participants also build a host of life skills ranging from prioritizing to problem-solving that enable them to exercise more control over their lives. The award-winning programs provide teens with employment and financial education, job placements, mentoring, and matched savings accounts.

Homeboy’s services enable young people to redirect their lives and provide them with hope for their futures. For those employed at Homeboy Industries in job training or work-readiness positions, each person has a Case Manager and takes classes or uses services as part of their work day.
