Bring your imagination along on this tour because most of the busines and building highlighted in this tour no longer exist. Topics covered in the walking historic tour of the present day Cannery Square area will be the sorghum mill; wheat warehouses and grain elevators; the Sun Prairie Canning Company; Wisconsin Porcelain Company; the highway 19 viaduct; the Cigar Company and Millers tobacco warehouse.

Corn Fest Parade starts on Main Street on Thursday, August 19th at 6:00 p.m

Corn Fest features a carnival-midway complete with rides and games, food booths, live bands, craft show, petting zoo, kiddie korner with large inflatables, family entertainment and much more.


Thursday and Friday night are carnival wristband nights with unlimited rides from 6-10pm for $20.

Bid on items in the silent auction or pick out a mineral or fossil for your collection from the sales table! Come support the museum at the Capital Brewery (7734 Terrace Ave. in Middleton). Local bluegrass band Mud Music will be playing from 6-8 and then the movie "The Water Horse" will begin at dusk (around 8:30). Bring a picnic dinner and come hang out with museum fans!
